Boasting a versatile comedic style that combines clever observation with storytelling from a collection of exceptionally strange life experiences, Jason B. makes normal life not seem not-so-normal by bringing to light the absurdities in our everyday lives. This comic is the kind of entertainer that will still have you laughing out loud on the drive home and wondering, “Why didn’t I think of that?”
Whether he’s performing on stage or just hanging out, your guests will be drawn to his sharp while lighthearted presence and enjoy uncontrollable laughter for every moment of it.
Having performed successfully alongside national and local acts over the last few years, Jason has developed a reputation that has caused him to be continually invited to join new writing projects and perform new venues.

Feature – Ryan Davis

@RyanDavisComedy

Ryan Davis is from Concord, NC. He started doing comedy in July 2013 & with hard work and dedication he has built a good reputation locally. By winning many comedy competitions, starting a successful monthly comedy showcase, and gaining the respect of comedians that have been doing it 20+ years; Ryan has proven that the amount of success that he has seen in such a short period of time is not a fluke.

Support – Spencer Taylor

@SpencaTayla

Spencer Taylor is an up and coming Charlotte comedienne whose style can be described as relatable and conversational, by the heavily medicated. She has worked with many taleneted comics such as Bryan Callen, Dave Coulier, and Rory Scoval, who can all attest that “she was there.” Taylor has been featured in the Sweet Water 420 music festival, is the cohost of the Comedy Zone Podcast, and was a contestant on Wheel of Fortune. The last part is not quite a comedy credit, but she believes people should know about it anyway.

Opener – Jake Manning

http://sslshow.com/

Jake Manning is a pro wrestler, podcaster and a stand up comedian. Much like the title of his podcast Jake feels like a “Stranger in a Southern Land” because he moved to Charlotte for a 3 month internship that has now turned into a 10 plus year residency. Jake is able to articulate why he constantly feels like a visitor in a city that is his home. His feelings of awkwardness are also expressed when he talks about his misadventures in love, his missteps in the world of performance art, wrestling as a over grown boy scout known as “The Man Scout” Jake Manning and how his small town midwest sensibilities are completely out of date.
